For Educators
This series has been developed from workshops Chris Cole has presented in schools over many years, helping teachers and support staff build confidence in recognising and supporting dyslexic learners. The videos bring together the core insights that educators have found most valuable — from understanding what dyslexia is, to seeing its emotional impact, through to clear, practical classroom strategies.
The series is organised into four themes. You can work through them in order as a guided journey, or dip into the videos and handouts that best suit your current needs.
Our aim is to help educators:
- Understand dyslexia and related learning differences
- Recognise the emotional impact on learners and how it shows up in class
- Notice the everyday signs and behaviours that may point to dyslexia
- Apply practical classroom strategies to support challenges and unlock strengths
